The project required research and the development of a marketing strategy and brand identity within a tight timeframe of four weeks. As the business owners were heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the stores, many out of hours home visits, dinners and shopping centre meetings occurred to workshop the strategy and get to understand the business needs. With the client wanting a Hamptons style creative, together we defined the brand personality to be fresh, authentic and uncomplicated.
To support the business launch, we developed its brand identity, website, POS collateral, quote and order forms, signage and social media.
The business owners and staff offer a differentiating level of service, demonstrating a genuine level of concern for the sleep health of their customers. To support this culture, we have mirrored this level of care through providing informative, health-focused visuals across the brand’s communication channels.
Due to the extent of our collaboration throughout the discovery process, the client was happy with our first creative concepts. This enabled a fast turnaround for the implementation stage, effectively meeting the client’s four-week turnaround requirement.

With a highly competitive pricing strategy, and a slow retail market across Australia, budgets had to be closely monitored to ensure profitability. Marketing activities and tactics required lateral thinking to ensure cost efficiencies were achieved and the value of dollar spend was optimised.
We did this through partnering with the client as an extension of their business to manage priorities as they align to the strategy. We treated the business as if it was our own. Finding value-adding opportunities excited us as it was a means to truly help a business grow.
